How to use it?

1. Dental hygiene – Swish diluted Cardamom oil in your mouth for 20 minutes and spit the waste out. Brush your teeth as you regularly do.

2. Spray diluted cardamom oil near the drapes and couch corners to keep pests and insects at bay.

3. Diluted cardamom oil along with carrier coconut oil, jojoba oil, almond oil etc. in your night care routine can do wonders to your skin.
