Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

As our products are handcrafted food and wellness items made in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is opened or used.
However, we take full responsibility for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

2. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of:

  • The outer packaging.
  • The product label and damage details

After review, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment mode.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.
Once your order is in production or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products purchased on sale or discount
